I am very open to suggestions for others that I should consider.
Note: I see there are a lot of other people who have done similar evaluations. I have some reading to do.
Update: Added Windows Live, My Picture Town, PixelPost, PhotoQ PhotoBlog, PhpWebGallery. Categorised into self-managed and hosted. Added links to evaluations as they occurred, and then later moved them to the status page.

I noticed some changes to Picasa Web Albums today that might be of interest.

For quick reference, how did each of these tools go against the requirements? Is there a count of how many criticals/importants/desirables passed for each? For those that get ?, Y? or N?, I’d give a partial score – maybe 0.5, 0.8 and 0.2 each. Either that, or each is truly Y and N, and I’d give the range of possible passes or fails that this tool has.
This could also lift the long excruciating process of evaluating so many similar systems from pure academic interest to me to more like the quality of an election tally count… Who’s
cuisinephoto DB reigns supreme?
